When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, your organisation, an email address or phone number, and what you tell us about your project (its sector, its stage, the support you need and your description).

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or share them for anyone else's purposes.

Who handles it

The website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiries are delivered to us through Telegram, a messaging service. Both process the information on our behalf, and their servers may be located outside Iraq.

Like most hosting services, Vercel keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you have sent us.

You can also reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead of using the form. WhatsApp and the social networks we link to operate under their own privacy policies.
