Sahand Seerwan Ahmed is a civil engineer with a Master's degree in Hydraulics and more than three decades of leadership experience across government, infrastructure, telecommunications, and corporate management. His career includes leading major public-service institutions, coordinating large-scale infrastructure financing, and guiding complex projects where technical clarity, institutional coordination, and disciplined delivery are critical.
Practice history
Eximius' engineering practice began in 2005 through C-Group Engineering Consultancy and continued under the Eximius identity. This history provides the firm with practical experience across water infrastructure, urban utilities, transport infrastructure, and complex public-sector projects.
